The Vendor Covid-19 Questionnaire Profile
Summary
Submitting the Covid-19 Profile of Questions can be done so completely free. We are also in collaboration with Constructionline to exchange this important information between platforms, so the subcontractor/supplier only needs to complete and maintain it via ONE of the services.
The submitted questionnaire information is available to every Main Contractor and Buyer using the Builder’s Profile or Constructionline platforms. There can be 4 different status of accounts
- Vendor with a visible Profile and Covid-19 Profile
- Vendor without a visible Profile but has a visible Covid-19 Profile
- Vendor with a visible Profile and not a visible Covid-19 Profile
- Vendor without either Profile visible
How To View a Covid-19 Profile…
From the search result page, select a company in the results grid. The new ‘View COVID-19′ Profile’ button is available on the right hand side.
The Covid-19 questionnaire has 3 tab sections, which can be used to track the ongoing impact of the pandemic on their supply chain. Each section covers a separate time-frame:
- Management – 3 month period
- Workforce – 2 week period
- Operational – 4 week period
Taking into account the difficulty and the ongoing uncertainty of the situation, by updating and submitting regularly, vendors can keep their clients up to date on current circumstances. Using the ‘Date this information was updated’ response, the system will also email reminders to prompt when updates are required.
COVID Workforce Tab
Within the ‘COVID Workforce’ tab is a data grid to help record staff absence in relation to COVID-19. To build up a backdated history of information, records should be entered into the grid every two weeks.
