Health and Safety Certifications
Summary
To supply main contractors with greater information on SSiP certifications, SSiP Certification body members are to be included into the questionnaire. Once the additional feature has been released, in the Health and Safety section you’ll be able to specify your comprehensive OHSAS 18001 (ISO 45001) accreditation member.
The Health and Safety section contains three tabs:
- SSiP Registered Members
- SSiP Certification Bodies – OHSAS 18001 (ISO 45001) + SSIP certification
- Certifications
How To
The ‘Company Settings’ Health and Safety Assessment question recognises SSIP Registered Member schemes and Certification Member schemes.
Answering ‘No’ to the Company Setting question will just display the ‘Certifications’ tab for completion. You will be able to continue without an SSIP certification, some contractors do ask additional questions about your H&S management process.
Answering ‘Yes’ ensures the required SSiP tabs are displayed. The tabs include a list of all the member schemes to choose from. Additional H&S certifications held can be added to the ‘Certifications’ tab.
The completion guide will prompt for at least one valid SSiP certification, with corresponding documentation, to be added in order for the Profile to be submitted.
