To ensure a smooth transition to the new platform in Q3 2023, we are beginning to prepare our members for the move.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We will update you with all the relevant service information as we get closer to the migration date. However, please note that in the meantime, you will still be required to access and maintain your Builder\u2019s Profile account and profile as usual. Furthermore, your Main Contractor clients will continue to manage profile assessments in the existing Builder\u2019s Profile portal.<\/p>\n

You do not require a Constructionline membership to update your Builder’s Profile information. You just need a membership to Builder’s Profile to keep that information up to date.

You should have received an email prompting you to create an account on the data will then be migrated into this account. If this has not been received, please let us know, and it can be resent.

You don’t need new login details if you already have access to a Constructionline membership. You will be able to use your existing Constructionline login details to see your Builders’ Profile information.

If you have not received any details, please try resetting your password<\/a>. This should allow you to set a new password and proceed. Alternatively, you can contact our Support Team<\/a>, who will be able to look at your account on an individual basis.

Constructionline is a pre-qualification accreditation service where your data is assessed in-house by the Constructionline verifications team with a preset questionnaire. Builder’s Profile is a pre-qualification service that allows buyers to ask specific and unique questions that they might require in order to work with subcontractors. The two will operate alongside each other in the same platform.

\n\t\t\t\tDo we need to have both Builders' Profile and Constructionline memberships?\t\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\n\t\t
\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n

Some buyers may require Constructionline membership and some buyers may require Builder’s Profile. A buyer may require Builder’s Profile specifically as it allows them to ask unique questions not found within the Constructionline side.

\n\t\t\t\tCan I still access my SSIP with Once For All Health & Safety on the new platform?\t\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\n\t\t

Yes, your Once For All Health & Safety will not be affected by the migration and can be accessed in the same way.
\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\tWill my data and questions be merged with my current Constructionline account data?\t\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\n\t\t

Your data on Builder’s Profile will be transferred into the new platform as part of the migration process.

\n\t\t\t\tWe get our SSIP Certification with Once For All Health & Safety via Constructionline. Will that still continue?\t\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\n\t\t
\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n

Your Constructionline and SSIP Once For All Health & Safety will not be affected by the migration and will run as normal.
\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\tWhat if we hold an SSIP Certification with another company?\t\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\n\t\t
\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n

If you have valid SSIP certification through another SSIP member, you will be eligible to obtain a Deem to Satisfy (DTS)<\/a> certificate from Once For All Health & Safety<\/a>. However, you can get an SSIP Certification from Once For All Health & Safety, allowing you to manage your businesses health and safety needs on the new platform, in addition to your Builders’ Profile membership.
\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\tCan I get access to the Social Value accreditation after the migration?\t\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\n\t\t

Yes, you will be able to complete the Social Value question set, provided by Constructionline.

Marketplace will be included in the first year of membership for companies migrating from Builder’s Profile.

The Builder’s Profile membership will scale off your Constructionline fee band, 13 and above will pay the current price \u00a3499 plus vat. This then reduces on a sliding scale to as low as \u00a3199 plus vat.

You will be migrated over to the new platform with your current Constructionline expiry date. 30 days before your Constructionline membership is up for renewal, you will receive an invoice for both Builder’s Profile and Constructionline.

\n\t\t\t\tIf we have both memberships, will the only be one membership fee?\t\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\n\t\t

Where possible, the two memberships will be invoiced together, but they are not combined. If you do not require Constructionline or Builder’s Profile at the time of renewal, you can request this is removed from the invoice.

Builder’s Profile will no longer offer a free membership, so you will need to pay to maintain visibility to the Builder’s Profile buyers, this will be invoiced following the migration.

Builder’s Profile and Constructionline will remain two separate schemes, the migration will allow you to manage both from within the same portal but the two schemes provide different services and both need to be maintained if you are working with buyers from both.

If you hold a paid Constructionline membership combined with Builder’s Profile basic membership you will be migrated with the expiry date of your Constructionline membership, both memberships will then be invoiced together. If you have an associate Constructionline membership combined with a basic Builder’s Profile membership, or no Constructionline membership at all, you will be invoiced for the Builder’s Profile product following the migration.

Following the migration, all invoicing for Builder’s Profile membership will come from the Constructionline finance team.

Where possible, the two memberships will be invoiced together. If you do not require Constructionline or Builder’s Profile at the time of renewal, you can request this is removed from the invoice.

The buyers will be able to see your community questions under your Builders’ Profile membership. The details of any buyer-specific questions will only be visible to those buyers.

You won’t be able to see buyer details, but you will be able to see the questions required by the buyer.

Builders’ Profile and Constructionline are separate schemes, so you will only be able to download the logos individually.

Once you have successfully completed the question set and become verified, you will be provided a certificate for each membership separately.
\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\tWill we still have an expiry date on a Builders Profile certificate?\t\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\n\t\t
