The Builder\u2019s Profile Service<\/b><\/p>\n
We provide a work collaboration service from our Web Properties (the \u201cService\u201d) that permits Data Provider\u2019s to share profile content with Data User\u2019s by creating, uploading, and attaching information to shared “Profile(s)” stored and accessed through our Web Properties.<\/li>\n
Communications from Us<\/b><\/p>\n
Account and content contacts can manage the communications received from us by changing the email preferences located in the e-mails we may send, or by contacting our Support Team at any time.<\/p>\n
However, Builder\u2019s Profile reserves the right to send existing Account Contacts communications relating to the Service as part of our commercial relationship with you, such as service announcements and administrative communications, without offering the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.<\/li>\n
Information Sharing<\/b><\/p>\n
Except as provided for in our Terms and Conditions (or other subscription agreement you entered into with us, if any).<\/p>\n
We do not sell any of your personal information to third parties.<\/p>\n
Builder\u2019s Profile uses third-party intermediaries to manage online and telephone payment processing. These intermediaries are solely links in the distribution chain, and are not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided except for purposes of payment processing.<\/p>\n
We may share your information with third party vendors, consultants and other service providers who are working on our behalf and require access to your information to carry out that work, such as to process billing, provide customer support, etc. For example, we may use third party data centres to host our Web Properties or to store documents uploaded to our application.
