{"id":3748,"date":"2020-03-19T11:42:03","date_gmt":"2020-03-19T11:42:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.buildersprofile.co.uk\/website\/?page_id=3748"},"modified":"2020-04-16T12:23:06","modified_gmt":"2020-04-16T11:23:06","slug":"document-status-and-confirming-files","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.buildersprofile.co.uk\/website\/help\/document-status-and-confirming-files\/","title":{"rendered":"Document Status and Confirming Files"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Document Status and Confirming Files<\/h1>\n<h2>Summary<\/h2>\n<p>Several main contractors include document evidence into their minimum requirement which is measured by the &#8216;Confirmed Date&#8217; of the &#8216;Document Status&#8217; when the document was uploaded to the Profile.<\/p>\n<p>By clicking the &#8216;<strong>Select<\/strong>&#8216; option within a document slot the document library will appear and the document status will be displayed.<\/p>\n<p>There are 3 types of Document Status&#8217;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>None Selected<\/strong> &#8211; A Document will need to be uploaded or selected from the document library<\/li>\n<li><strong>Unconfirmed<\/strong> &#8211; 12 months have passed since the selected document was last confirmed<\/li>\n<li><strong>Confirmed with a Date and Time Stamp<\/strong> &#8211; Will show last confirmed date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>How To Confirm Documents<\/h1>\n<p>Check the Document Status by clicking &#8216;<strong>Select<\/strong>&#8216; in a document slot to open the document library, the document status will be displayed.<\/p>\n<p>If the document:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Is the <strong>correct one or covers the relevant dates<\/strong>, click the &#8216;<strong>Confirm File(s)<\/strong>&#8216; button to update the confirmed date stamp.<\/li>\n<li>Is the <strong>incorrect<\/strong> one, upload a new document or select an alternative.
