Completion Guidance<\/h1>\n

Summary<\/h2>\n

From all the questions available in the Profile, main contractors have specific questions that they rank as important and need to be completed in order for the Profile to be submitted to them.<\/p>\n

These questions are managed by the\u00a0\u2018Completion Guidance\u2019.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0This dynamic feedback system updates as you complete the Profile questions and move through the tabs and sections – Red cross icons indicate your chosen contractor(s) required questions.\u00a0The completion guidance contributes to the \u2018Completeness\u2019<\/strong> % status on the Dashboard and the \u2018And Finally\u2019 section which helps you work towards that important 100% completion status.<\/p>\n

Not all main contractors have a minimum requirement in order to submit your Profile to them. These clients can be identified by having N\/A in the Dashboard ‘Completeness’ column.<\/p>\n

For Premium Members<\/strong>, the completion guidance manages questions throughout the single Profile and lists missing questions in the \u2018And Finally\u2019 section.<\/p>\n

For Basic Members<\/strong>, the client contractor Profile completion status will be displayed.<\/p>\n

How To<\/h1>\n

For this example we’ll look at the Premium Member Profile –\u00a0 ‘Staff’ section.<\/p>\n

There are still some questions requiring answers and five tabs showing as uncompleted as the red crosses are still in place.<\/p>\n

Hovering over the crosses give us a breakdown of specific completion issues:<\/p>\n

  • Staff Page – 89 Issues<\/li>\n
  • Employees Tab – 8 Issues<\/li>\n
  • Direct Employees – Lists all clients that require that question completed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The ‘And Finally’ section groups the clients outstanding questions.<\/p>\n

    Clicking on any red crosses advises of the area(s) that require attention.<\/p>\n

    Clicking on the ‘Blue URL’ item will jump back to the ‘Staff’ section to easily update the outstanding items.<\/p>\n
