I receive many PPQ’s for completion; can using Builder’s Profile cut
down on constant duplication?

What if a contractor doesn’t accept my Builder’s Profile?

I have been asked to complete other online questionnaires. Why are
there so many schemes?
The Builder’s Profile is NOT a pre-qualification scheme – it is a PQQ data collection and distribution service. It is designed to complement commercial accreditation & verification systems such as Constructionline, Achilles and CHAS. Progressive collaboration lies at the foundation of our objective and as Builder’s Profile was built on the Common Database platform, it easily integrates with other schemes.

Builder’s Profile to manage our own supply chain, what would this cost?

As a specialized main contractor, how can we accept your PQQ
information as the questions we ask are so wide ranging?

Answers to all questions presented to the subcontractors and suppliers are available for review and assessment.
It can be quite difficult to source specialized subcontractors in the
project areas required, can Builder’s Profile help?
Yes, Builder’s Profile Register is a national database with thousands of subcontractors and suppliers contact information available. When you receive your logon credentials, search the database to source the companies covering the trades and areas needed. Company Profiles can be available to you with a simple click of a button.
How does Builder’s Profile assess and approve company Profiles?
It is a fundamental principle that the service never attempts to provide either accreditation or assessment. The configurable assessment process manages evaluations to ensure supply chain information remains current and measured to each main contractors own standards rather than forcing companies to accept 3rd party approvals. The Builder’s Profile uniquely separates the collection and distribution of information from the use of that information.
If Builder’s Profile is a sharing service, do all main contractors using the service share company Profile approvals?
Every main contractor’s list of subcontractors in their supply chain is unique. Any additional information or notes entered by a main contractor is totally confidential to the staff of that main contractor.
As a main contractor how can we use Builder’s Profile?
The service can be as simple or as comprehensive as your company requires it to be.
