Subcontractor Information

The Builder's Profile could be the last pre-qualification questionnaire you ever complete.

It contains all the necessary information that any main contractor or client requires for their pre-qualification process. There is no reason why anyone should refuse to accept it.

In practice, this means that for the first time ever, subcontractors can take the initiative in the drive for a single pre-qualification questionnaire - acceptable throughout the industry.

By becoming a Builder's Profile Premium Member, you can create a single Profile of your company which you can then present to ANY main contractor who asks you to complete their questionnaire. To view your details they need only click on a link you send them!

If the main contractor refuses to accept it - tell us. We and our partners (NSCC and TBC) will approach them to determine why they feel unable to join this innovative industry solution.

Remember: The ludicrous duplication of questionnaires CAN be eliminated IF the industry works together ... this IS the time for change. The Builder's Profile really is 'an efficiency gain for everyone using the service'

For small subcontractors who don't expect to work with many main contractors there is a Basic Profile Membership under which you create a new Profile for every contractor who requests your information. But..
