Accounts and Profiles

As a subcontractor, your company should create a single 'Account' - to uniquely identify your company within the Builder's Profile service and to give us a point of contact.

To present your company details to Main Contractors you then create a 'Profile' - your detailed company pre-qualification information - which you 'Submit' (or publish) to the Main Contractors.

As a 'Premium Member', you create, maintain and submit a single Profile which is automatically published to all Main Contractors using the service. You decide which Main Contractors can see your details automatically, and which require your permission to see the full details.

You will also receive an email link (or url) that you should use to instantly present your Profile to any Main Contractor who requests that you complete their bespoke paper PQQ. This is how you can really start to make savings and there is no real reason why your Profile should not be accepted. Please let us know about both your successes and failures - we will contact Main Contractors who refuse your Profile to discover their reasons.

As a 'Basic Member', you create and maintain separate Profiles for each Main Contractor to whom you wish to submit your details.
